Keith has over 15 years of experience in the New York Asbestos Litigation. His experience has allowed him to successfully administer and manage a high volume of asbestos cases in efforts best suited for his clients. Based on his well respected reputation and contacts throughout the litigation, Keith has achieved much success in securing early dismissals on behalf of his clients. Keith is involved in all aspects of the asbestos litigation including conducting discovery depositions, preparing and retaining experts, drafting dispositive motions and negotiating settlements. He has successfully managed high profile accounts in high stakes matters, bringing the best resolution possible and protecting the interests of the client. Keith has taken part and assisted in substantial high-stakes settlement negotiations, effectively resolving intense conflict disputes. In addition to his litigation skills, Keith has experience in navigating the unique procedures and policies set in place in the complex asbestos litigation in the various New York State jurisdictions.

Joshua is an Associate of the firm and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2010 and the New York State Bar in 2013, as well as the United States District Court, District of New Jersey and Southern District of New York.  Education: Rutgers University School of Law – Newark (J.D. 2010), Bucknell University (B.A. 2006).

Joshua practices in the areas of asbestos litigation, products liability, mass tort, and general liability in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. Joshua has experience representing corporate clients in all phases of litigation, including taking and defending depositions, drafting motions, expert retention, trial preparation and appeals, and appearing in court.  Prior to joining the firm, Joshua worked on a variety of toxic tort and product liability matters in the commercial litigation department of a large national law firm. Joshua also previously served as a law clerk to the Honorable Francis J. Vernoia in Monmouth County Courthouse, Superior Court of New Jersey.

Brad is an Associate of the firm and was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2006, the New York State Bar in 2007, and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Education: Syracuse University School of Law (J.D. 2006), Providence College (B.S. 2003).

Brad is an associate of the firm and has experience providing litigation and transactional counsel to a wide variety of business entities. Prior to joining the firm, Brad worked for eight years at New Jersey firm advising developers, non-profit corporations, public entities, and privately held business throughout the state. He has experience representing clients in all phases of litigation from inception to conclusion of the suit and handling a wide variety of matters including construction litigation, trust and estate litigation, contract disputes, and foreclosures.

Gabriel is an associate of the firm and is licensed to practice law in New York (2000), New Jersey (2013), Arizona (2012) and Texas (2010).  He is also admitted to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. Education: B.A. from University of California at Berkeley (1995); J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (1999).

Gabriel has been practicing law for over 16 years, primarily in the field of litigation. Gabriel is experienced in all phases of litigation and is an accomplished attorney who has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Gabriel has had a wide range of legal experience. As General Counsel for an international television channel, he successfully defended corporate trademarks and defeated other attacks on its intellectual property. He was in charge of the channel’s vast corporate holdings including its many real estate properties, which were regularly acquired and divested. Gabriel’s defense experience has ranged from practicing medical malpractice defense at one of New York’s top medical malpractice defense firms to defending general liability claims in both New York and New Jersey. His experience as a tenacious litigator is the cornerstone of his belief that his clients should, and do, receive the best representation available. He applies this philosophy to his practice of asbestos litigation in both New York and New Jersey.  At the firm, Gabriel handles all aspects of litigation in the defense of our clients in products liability and toxic tort exposure cases.

John S. McGowan

John is Of Counsel with the firm and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey. Education: St. John’s University School of Law (J.D. 1988); Fairfield University (B.A. 1985). John’s practice has been focused on the defense of asbestos litigation in New York and New Jersey since 1991. John has represented corporations in all phases of litigation in both New York and New Jersey, including trials, motion practice and discovery.

Meghann P. Chase

Meghann is the lead legal secretary at Pascarella DiVita and has worked closely with Lisa M. Pascarella and Stephanie A. Di Vita for nearly a decade. Meghann is an energetic, accomplished professional with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and remain detail oriented. She has strong written and communication skills necessary to provide comprehensive support in a fast-paced legal setting from a matter’s inception through trial. She provides a wide range of support for our clients, attorneys and paralegals both at the Firm and to other professionals associated with both plaintiff and defense counsel.

Jeannine Carandola

Jeannine Carandola is a senior litigation paralegal with over 25 years of defense legal work experience. She has extensive knowledge of the current legal practices and terminology as well as experience of providing support to lawyers and legal executives. For the past 17 years, she has worked on New York Asbestos Litigation and is the paralegal who handles and prepares all answers for our New York matters and then ensures that they are processed and filed with the appropriate New York City Courts. In addition, she is in charge of handling all New York Settlement Deals from inception to resolution. Her extensive experience in researching and organizing large amounts of legal documents keeps our legal team in-the-know of important details.

Jennifer L. Andrew

 Jennifer is a paralegal who handles all aspects of the settlement process and claim resolution.    She is in charge of reviewing and approving closing documents,  obtaining and distributing funds for settlements and resolving matters with the Court.  Jennifer joined the firm in October 2015 and has since been eagerly adapting to asbestos litigation.  She demonstrates strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize her responsibilities.  

 Prior to joining our team, Jennifer worked as a legal assistant for the Law Office of Robert A. Olkowitz, P.C., specializing in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Rutgers University in History and has also earned a Paralegal Studies Certificate.

Jennifer Zick

Jennifer is a paralegal who provides support in all aspects of the resolution of New York Settlement Deals.   She is responsible for reviewing all settlement related documentation, including medical reports, employment history, and estate papers.   Jennifer’s attention to detail and accuracy is essential to the resolution process.   She is eagerly gaining experience in asbestos litigation under our senior paralegals and attorneys, and utilizing her training and education.   

Prior to joining our team, she had experience in Administrative and Sales Support for a manufacturing company, where she gained strong organization and multi-tasking skills.  She also has extensive experience in the medical insurance field, obtaining authorizations and appealing denials.  She comes to the firm with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Quinnipiac University, and has also earned a certification in Paralegal Studies.

Tracy R. Haralla

Tracy R. Haralla is a senior litigation paralegal, who specializes in New York and New Jersey Asbestos Litigation. She has been a key paralegal to the firm’s asbestos group and has extensive experience in the field having worked closely with Lisa M. Pascarella and Stephanie A. DiVita for many years. Tracy supervises all paralegals that work on the firm’s New York and New Jersey asbestos clients. She also provides support to clients, attorneys and paralegals and is the lead paralegal for all medical evaluations performed on pending toxic tort matters.

Before becoming a paralegal, Tracy worked at William A. Wenzel, P.C. where she was a legal secretary specializing in personal injury cases. She has an Associate degree in Applied Science and has also earned a certification in Paralegal Studies.
