Associates

Jose is an Associate of the firm and is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars in 2022. Education: Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University (J.D. 2021), Ithaca College (B.A. in Legal Studies 2016).

Jose practices in the areas of asbestos litigation, products liability, mass tort, and general liability in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. Jose has experience representing firm clients, including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, conducting legal research, trial preparation, and court appearances.  Prior to joining our firm, Jose gained experience by working on mass torts and general liability litigation for one of the largest firms in New York.

Stephanie is an associate with the firm. She is admitted to the New York Bar in January 2002, as well as United States District Courts, Southern and Eastern. Stephanie has over twenty years of experience in civil litigation, family law and bankruptcy. Education: Utica College of Syracuse University (B.S. 1997) and New York Law School (J.D. 2001).

Stephanie currently practices in the areas of asbestos litigation, products liability, mass tort and general liability in New York State Courts. Stephanie has experience in all phases of litigation including legal research, drafting, responding to discovery demands, attending depositions, drafting motions, trial preparation, appellate brief preparation, and court appearances. Stephanie is the coordinator on a large national account and integral to its case management.
