LISA M. PASCARELLA is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars, as well as the United States District Courts, Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of New York, and District of New Jersey. JOHN S. MCGOWAN

John is a Partner at the firm who is admitted to the New York and New Jersey State Bars as well as the Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and the District Court of New Jersey. Education: St. John’s University School of Law (J.D. 1988); Fairfield University (B.A. 1985). John’s practice has been focused on the defense of asbestos litigation matters in New York and New Jersey since 1991. John has represented corporations in all phases of litigation in both New York and New Jersey, including trials, motion practice and discovery.  John is well versed in handling all aspects of a case from inception through trial.  He is a skilled and well-respected litigator in both the New York and New Jersey State and Federal Courts.

John has represented numerous global equipment manufacturers, distributors and contractors in various litigation matters throughout New York and New Jersey including personal injury, product liability, general liability, aviation, SEC investigations, property damage, construction defect, and subrogation matters.  He has been involved in all aspects of general product and toxic tort litigation including performing lead examination in depositions, preparing experts, negotiating settlements, developing litigation strategies and defense, arguing motions for summary judgment and trial.  In addition to his strong litigation skills, having had his own practice for many years, John can effectively manage and  navigate a high volume of cases without compromising service and communication to our clients.

DAVID W. FEENEY II

David W. Feeney II is a partner with the firm and has over 32 years of experience in complex commercial and products liability litigation. He is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A. 1986) and the Cornell Law School (J.D. 1989).

Mr. Feeney is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey, as well as the Federal Courts in the Southern, Eastern, Western and Northern Districts of New York.

Mr. Feeney is experienced in providing legal counseling and advice and, when necessary, representing clients in litigated matters at both the trial and appellate levels. He has represented large multi-national and domestic companies in mass tort and class action litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Feeney also has extensive experience in representing clients in other areas of law including contracts, corporate, small business formation, commercial transactions, commercial leasing, real estate, and estate planning.

Mr. Feeney was inducted in 1998 to the Cornell University Athletic Hall of Fame for his numerous achievements in gymnastics.
