Founding partner Lisa Pascarella has built a national, local, and regional litigation practice with a focus on toxic tort, product liability, general liability, and environmental litigation matters. Lisa serves clients on a national, local and regional level. In her role as national coordinating counsel, Lisa handles litigation for corporations, businesses and insurance companies throughout the U.S. As local counsel in NY and NJ, Lisa is on the front lines of litigation for toxic exposure claims, drug products claims, mechanical products claims, general liability, and premises liability claims. As regional counsel Lisa is often called upon to consult on trial strategies, expert retention, and risk management. Lisa has over 30 years of experience in successfully defending corporations, businesses and insurance companies and has earned the respect of her peers, adversaries, and judges throughout the US.

As the founding Member of The Pascarella Law Group PLLC, Lisa has selected and trained a Team of lawyers and legal assistants who provide hands on exceptional litigation and case management services to all clients. We follow the philosophy that each case is equally important, whether it is an individual/single lawsuit or a mass tort matter.
